FAQS

All camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants regardless of skill level (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).

 

 

 

What does my child need to bring?

All campers must bring cleats, ball, shin guards, tennis shoes (for inside the building and in the event of inclement weather and sessions are taken indoors), water bottle (water is provided at the fields to refill bottles).

What time is check-in?

Check-in time will vary for each camp.  Please select the desired camp and look at the tentative schedule.  All final check-in times/locations will be emailed prior to the start of camp

11:00 AM - 12:15 PM Lunch
12:15PM - 1:00 PM College Q&A Session
1:15 PM - 3:45 PM Field Session 2
3:45PM Wrap up/Conclusion of camp
4:00 PM Depart for optional Campus Tour

Does my child need money during camp?

At select camps, official Campbell Women’s Soccer Under Armour apparel will be available to purchase (while supplies last). Check, cash or credit card are accepted.

What do I need to bring at check-in?

Nothing; online registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.  Medical waivers/medical information will be submitted electronically as part of the online registration process.

In the event of a walk-up registration; all information will be collected at check-in (paper registration and medical waiver available), please have form of payment at that time (check or card).

Will there be a trainer or medical staff on site?

Yes, a certified athletic trainer will be present during all training sessions.

Will other schools besides Campbell be in attendance?

Yes, each camp will have outside coaches from various levels.  Information will be posted and emailed prior to the start of camp.

Can parents stay and watch?

All sessions are open.

What is your refund policy?

All registrations are subject to a $20 non-refundable administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued within 1 week of the start of camp, unless cancellation is due to sickness or injury as indicated by a doctor/physician/trainer.

All cancellations may be transferred to an upcoming/future camp with no penalty.

Cancellation 7 days prior to the start of camp - $20 Administrative non-refundable fee.
Eligible to be transferred to an upcoming Camel Women’s Soccer Camp for no additional charge.
Cancellation 7 days from the start of camp – not eligible for a refund.  
If cancellation is due to injury, registration may be transferred to an upcoming camp at no charge. Must provide documentation from physician/trainer/doctor at the time of cancellation.
